Fresh Pear and Mandarin Juice

I Love Getting Juicy!

With the festive celebrations somewhat over and the over over over indulgence of naughty treats, its time to get back to eating clean again, starting with getting juiced up!

I think I put on about 3 to 4 kgs during this festive period. Not good when you’re a vertically challenged person such as me.  “It” becomes very noticeable.

So it’s back to juicing.

I actually bought a ton of fruit and veg with the intention of juicing and making some healthy smoothies a few days ago.

Today I decided to make mandarin and pear juice.

Fresh Pear and Mandarin Juice

What did I put into it?

  • 5 medium sized mandarins
  • 2 very large pears
  • 1 small orange
  • And then I just juiced it up!

(This made approximately 5 glasses).

Served with a glass full of ice. A very refreshing morning juice on a hot summers day like today.
